Farrell’s has taught me a lot more than how to live a healthy lifestyle. In that regard, my biggest take-aways are how to change my eating habits (key word is habits), the importance of strength training (I was a huge cardio only person before the program), and how to incorporate my core into almost every move we do! The piece of Farrell’s that has kept me coming for years is the family-like atmosphere that provides accountability and friendships that have positively impacted my life.
I love teaching Farrell’s classes because of the energy of the students. Helping motivate the class and then seeing that energy come out when punching the bag, or using a higher resistance bands is very rewarding to me. It helps fill my bucket for sure :)
