Farrell's has taught me that I'm stronger and capable of more things than I give myself credit for. It has taught me that mental strength is just as important, if not more important that physical strength. Farrell's has given me a sense of confidence I never knew I had! I was the girl that would stand in the back of the room, not wanting to be seen and now I'm an instructor!!
I love teaching to encourage, challenge, and put a smile on everyone's face. I want everyone leaving the mat feeling accomplished.
